I hate to be debbie downer, but I don't even see an announcement happening tomorrow, let alone a pre-order. As long as there is another Motorola device on the horizon that they want to shove down our throats, the Gnex will continue to take a backseat. Looks like the Droid 4 will make the Gnex be delayed even further.

I'm willing to bet we won't even get an announcement until after the 8th when the droid 4 drops, leaving a release date of the 15th at the earliest, 22nd or 29th more likely.
 
Honestly Verizon is really screwing this whole thing up. What are they doing putting a 7 day websale AND a 3 day websale right after an (essentially) 4 day websale, all while still pushing holiday deals?

Verizon never ceases to seriously aggravate/disappoint/frustrate me...
 
Wow, if that's fake then the person who made it is sick, or a troll. When I was using the chat the other day the CSR has their full name displayed. Did anyone else notice that? Or is it normal for a CSR to just have a first name listed?

Thats normal but I don't think they would say "Merry Christmas", it's not "politically correct" lol
 
verizon has till the 8th. if i dont hear any official announcment by the 8th i am going to buy the razr / rezound or jump ship and get the skyrocket. i honestly am getting seriously pissed off with the way they have handled this. at the very least they could have given us a formal statement as to why it was delayed and when it would release. i would rather them tell us its coming at the end of december than leave us haning like this.

from the point of view of a bystander with no knowledge of the inner workings of verizon, they have handled this like a bunch of clueless [insert inappropriate, juvenile curse-word here]

lol well, sprint data is bad, tmobile is tmobile, and att - mehhh. razr is best phone out right now imho except skyrocket. any suggestions for a more effective way of expressing my anger?

Also, in the chats I've been in and seen people post, the rep usually has a last initial "John S." not just "John", and the customer is just "You" not "Jim". I call bs on this pic. Shame on Android Police for trolling. :mad:
