Root [ROM] CTMod 3.80 (04/06/13)

When I try to send out from prevail, it lets it choose what to pair it with but it won't pair it will just say sending file and it just sits there. It doesn't communicate to the tablet like it would say something like: myprevail sending so and so file do you accept.. like it would when I try to send from tablet.

CTMod images have been particularly problematic. Dunno why. All the data is there and is saved, it can be extracted with a linux machine. Dunno what the problem is

I think I might have this thing figured out.

EXT4 systems are pretty access intensive. It turns out that running dd on a filesystem that is changing can produce unpredictable results.

A work around is to run the tool while in recovery mode.

I'm going to put up a fixed tool today that should be a lot more reliable :)

Connected my Jawbone and Bluetooth works fine and the phone is very responsive. I can see that PAPO12 has confirmed file transfer via Bluetooth. All is good here with CTModtest2.3.

Not yet changed to 2.2 not really much difference, ill wait till 2.3 keeping you updated, love this rom...i want a triumph but you dont make this rom for that so i am staying with prevail....as soon as i can im going to through some cheddar your way---the absolute best rom hands down....

Fixed Bluetooth file transfer
Fixed Zeam force closing when opening the camera with the shutter button
Fixed the force close when going to Mobile networks in Settings/Wireless & network settings
Fixed the force close when going to Menu/Downloads in the browser
Updated QuickPic and the Market to newest version
Themed the Keyboard
Removed the Download Crutch icon from the app drawer
Fixed some build.prop typos

Thanks to kouma for helping out with the camera and to the guys who tested bluetooth for me

Sweet! I'm downloading it now. I will do the install later cause I have to do the email fix and redo my work email and I don't want to mess with it tonight


Edit: wait. Since I already flashed the email fix, and my exchange email is backed up on TB i just have to restore it right?

should work, make a cwm backup before flashing 2.3 tho just in case
 
this is bar far the best Rom out for the prevail to date and blood you are on point with the updates keeps getting better and better thanks bro donating as we speak

It always tells me the same, but once you click the download and it says. "Website can't be found" blah blah yada yada ..... just pay attention to your notification bar and pull it down. You will notice it is still downloading. Dunno why but it did that both times for me

It wont give me the option of pressing download it just says processing....

5am this morning I wake up. I make coffee and check weather online and make a dash to Android Forums. Wouldn
 
Just got CTmod 2.3 going.

Restoring the email I had on TB didnt work. So i guess I have to wait for Mediafire to wake the hell up so I can download the emailfix zip again and get my microsoft exchange email up and going.

(Mental note to self) *keep screen shots of your home page cause you never remember what was where. LOL....

I was just able to get the dowmload from mediafire and my corporate email is up and going again.

THANK YOU Bandaid!!! Although I didnt use it, that is much appreciated that you did that. You get a star for the day :) lol... Thanks bro!!!

you should see my notebooks, I hand draw most of my homescreen layouts so I don't forget them. I just recently went back through and saw how it has evolved for me
