I have nightmares about camp. But I'd send my daughter to yours if we lived in Michigan. :D

That's true. He is as convinced as anyone I've heard about the 8th being the release date, not the pre-order date. He even specifically stated he doesn't know when or even if pre-orders would start.

No, I don't do random buddies. I'm too shy. :D There will definitely be whining. So much whining, you will offer me cheese to go with it.

I've always had great experiences with them and have thus continued to purchase from them online even after moving out of NYC. I've ordered TVs and other items at great prices which have always been delivered on time. Friendly staff on the phone (and in person, if you stop by the megastore) are always willing to help with an order or any questions you may have. I've been buying from them for almost 20 years.

Well that's fair - I'm pretty sure mine is haunted. I was a camper from 1992 till 99 and then a counselor on and off till 2004. It's not a 'fancy' camp, it's the staff that makes it so amazing which is why I always recemend it and always will. I hope my kids go there someday.

Ummm...camp? Hellloooooo? Have neither of you ever seen Friday the 13th? Going to camp can get you killed.
 
Now that this Nexus will have no sd slot, I wonder if the next one will do away with the USB port next and expect us to only transfer files via the cloud or by osmosis. By the next one after that, they may eliminate the screen completely and tell us we just need to concentrate and focus using our third eye to envision what we want to occur...

It'll just be a small obelisk with an LED notification light and a message that reads "There is no spoon."

My counselors were good. It was the other kids that were miserable. It did teach me how to let comments roll off me though. So I guess good came of it. I wouldn't change it if I could. Good character building
 
I've been reading this thread for about 5 days straight, I figured it was time I actually joined in! So uh.. hello :)

I hope the preorder/release really is next week, I can't wait to swap out my old DINC for this.
