Thanks for the info, I have looked at Sena's before. In the past I always wanted a formal case. Now I think I might keep it clean and free.
 
drexel either got really lucky with a csr slipping him info they werent supposed to or the csr was flat out lying to him.... i just tried the csr chat and got the ole we dont have any information bit

We can't believe it either, that she's gotten snubbed for an Emmy nod so far. It's ridiculous. I really hope she gets some recognition this year, or at the very least before the series wraps up.

Watch, Edward James Olmos is going to get a nomination for his role as Gellar. Not that he was particularly impressive (I don't think it was one of his better performances; it was kind of one-note for me), but he'll get nominated just for being Edward James Olmos.
 
A little bit ago, someone was asking about the idea of switching the backplates out for the GSM version. So I got curious and did a little googling to see if the subject has been brought up elsewhere. Here is what I found:

While no one can be sure yet, someone over there suggests getting the Korean LTE version as it might fit best, plus you might get the 2000 battery along with it. Not a bad idea IMO.

glad to hear that. i had already planned on investigating the korean lte back and 2000mah battery, a nice middle road between the stock look and a huge extended battery

Actually, Verizon does have the right to change the contract on the fly. It's in the fine print.

You however also have the right to not agree to the contract changes and cancel service. If you decide to do this, there would be no early termination fees. Put simply, it's a quick way out of your contract.

I don't think Verizon will do this, so don't misunderstand me thinking this will happen. Just my opinion that it would be a PR bluder of Netflix scale to do such a thing. My guess is at some point, they'll change plans and you'll only be able to get the newest phones with the newest plans (with tiered data of course :(). See that a few years away though, just my speculation.
 
So I called my sister asking about the priority meeting on Thursday, and she tells me that those are pretty standard, just to bring stores up to speed on the phones releasing.

She also told me that she thinks it will be up for pre-order on the 7th and in stores on the 9th.

I asked her if that was official, and she said that it's "just what I'm hearing."

OK, so how do they have a regional meeting on this Thursday and release the phone in-store the same day? Something doesn't sound right to me.

Maybe their splitting the difference from all the other rumors we heard- or I guess in a way, mashing them up. Maybe they're actually playing nice now? :eek:

To each his own but Not me. I am proud of the big V logo. I think it is eloquently done. The best network in the US and they brought me the Nexus.

Besides, my hand will cover it and it will be pointed away from my eyes 99.9999% of the time.

For me, I had a BB Storm that was junk and got an upgrade early offer from VZW for the Droid. So I went ahead and made the jump to Android and never looked back. I am very excited for the quick updates for the nexus. Even though the OG Droid was vanilla android I remember having to wait months for moto to push the Froyo update.

Right. Unless it's actually releasing on Friday (the 9th).
 
Or if it's not releasing next week at all... Just saying. I think everyone is setting themselves up for disappointment all over again.
 
Regardless, I'm sure by this time next week we'll be playing with our SGN's in hand.

The vast majority will be flawless and beautiful.

Others will be on their way back to the store because of a weird defect that no one else has.

Others will be scuffed or scratched because of having been dropped already.

LOL, isn't that his real job? I never understood people who say they wish Deb would die. The fact that her character is so polarizing is one of the reasons the show works. If all the characters you hate were off the show, what would you have? But you're not alone in your opinions of Deb. The REALLY ridiculous opinions are when people say "I hope Dexter kills Deb". WTF is that?!?! I honestly wonder if people who say that really understand the premise behind the show and character Dexter at all. Dexter doesn't kill because people annoy him. Killing his sister would be completely against his "code". Those that want him to kill Deb are not true fans of the show. They just like to see killing. End of rant.
