I can respect a policy such as this. What other forums would be good places to read up on apps to get free tethering?

Do you remmeber those Burger King Whopper commercials, when Burger King pretended that they no long had the Whopper and people would just stand there and stare and say "I WANT A WHOPPER NOW!!" (growling voice)

That's how I pictiure some members here at verizon Thursday at 9am..."I WANT MY NEXUS NOW!!" :D

I stopped into two corporate stores today while the wife and I were out taking Christmas photos. I don't know whether they're sick of hearing the question or if they knew they weren't going to get a sale today, but both times the sales reps were done with the conversation as soon as I asked if they had gotten their Galaxy Nexus demo units in yet. All the rep at the second store would tell me is "before the holidays". I wish I had time to sit at home and wait for a package this week so I don't have to deal with them again.

I don't know about the iPhone ads, but their ad schedule did have the Samsung lineup (With Galaxy Nexus), and I have started seeing Stratosphere and Droid Charge for the the Holidays commercials, so it has to be close.

they get commission on anything they sell you. this is why they pimp their cases/screen protectors/docks/insurance policies so hard, even though you can get them ALL cheaper elsewhere. cases - ebay, screen protectors/docks - amazon, insurance - squaretrade.
 
If I go into the store to pickup a Galaxy Nexus can I just add it to my next bill? I know I can do that online.
