Oh wow. I didn't know all that. So, you've worked in customer service, for a couple months at a time, for 4 years maximum?
Hmmm ... well, I've worked customer service full time for nearly 20 years. There is one particular question that I get asked multiple times every day. I can tell you, without equivocation, that my demeanor can sometimes reach to discouraging at best.
All I'm saying is that if people would stop harassing the CSRs that they wouldn't have to worry about one being nasty to to them when all they are doing is basically wasting their time ( and believe me, that's exactly how the CSRs see it ).
You're a part of this forum so you will know, probably within hours, when the Gnex is for sale. I'm sure you'll get one in the first batch - which, face it, is what everyone harassing these CSRs really wants.
My whole point is that everyone needs to chill out ( I've said it before on MULTIPLE occasions ). The Gnex will be here when it is here. Not a second before and calling vzwcs or poking around in stores will not change that. It's been stated that the Gnex will drop before the end of the year. Please, I implore you and all the others ... take that to mean anytime before 1/1/12. When it drops this week or next, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
