The thing that really makes me believe it is legit, is the fact that she was feeling me out about the "midnight release", She said that she thinks it a go, because she's talked to enough people that were "in". This makes complete sense....if your gonna open the doors at midnight, you better damn well be sure somebody is gonna be there, and that's exactly what it sounded to me like they were trying to figure out.

I think I speak for all the skeptics when I say that we hope you're right, but we would have to see something official from VZW... like tomorrow. Doesn't look good. But eh, we still have something like 24 hours to go.

LOL, that's awesome. I thought about doing something like that, but my wife gave me the "you're insane" look when I put the empty case in my pocket..sooooo...yeah... :D

This phone has been delayed for this long and they could not produce enough? A shortage already and it hasn't been released yet..:eek:

I just got called back by the VZW corp store that's just down the road from me. The manager called to tell me that they would have the GN for sale Friday morning so I could come pick mine up and any of the others on my businesses account as well. WOO! This is in Charleston, SC by the way.

I'm having a hard time believing the report about the 11th. Isn't that Sunday? Is there any precedent for BB debuting phones on a Sunday?

I think they know my voice by now and will shoot me on spot when I go to pick my phone up ;)

Nothing wrong with an iPhone if that's your bag. My wife LOVES hers. I like it as my work phone, it's a no brainer and it impresses the clients that we sport iPhones as company phones. Takes great pics too when you're running around on the job.

Now for my personal phone I find it boring and lacking in many aspects.

Thanks, I appreciate it and understand, I'm just hoping my story can give people some good news, I know I always liked reading what experiences people have. I don't take it personal, I suck at explaining a story in written words anyway, just trying to make sure I accurately represent what was said to me. But don't worry, if what this lady told me is bull.....I'll be a skeptic for life!!!! LOL

I simply don't understand how they can deny Google Wallet.

It's just software. That's like saying "Cox cable won't let you visit PayPal because they are partial owners of (insert payment site)."

It makes no sense really. I want to use my internet connection for whatever I want.
