This is a pointless avenue to vent unjustified frustration. A few people aren't going to bully a multi-billion dollar business. Your wasting your time and effort screaming at a wall that doesn't care and isn't listening.
So what do you suggest we do? Nothing? Don't say a thing and sit back and wait and let Verizon assume they're not annoying or frustrating their customers? If they don't care then eventually what goes around comes around and people will leave.... WHAT DO WE DO NOW SIR?
