Haha, nah I had a chicken dinner plate :P It was pretty tasty! They do have good salads though.

Yes they are lol.. though I hadn't really thought much about getting any accessories.. maybe I'll get the extended battery though. Not so sure about the car mount thing.. never tried one of those.

So...What feature of the GNex/ICS are you looking forward to most?

For me it's being able to access notifications from the lock screen and the screen of the device itself.

Yeah that's why I was wondering. I don't think anyone else had seen an activated one yet, though I could be wrong, so I was wondering what the norm is, or how they're able to activate the display models. If they usually activate them then I might try and stop on the way home and see if I can find one too. :) If it's not activated I think I'd rather just wait until I can buy it, that'd be too much of a tease if I can't actually use it.

I've tried to make a sauce like theirs, but cannot do it!

I want the car dock and the ext 'battree' hoping both are in stock when time to purchase :)

Because 750k/sec on a phone is horrible! The humanity~

I'm kidding sort of. Unsure of where you live, but I live in a fairly spread out town/city whatever you would like to call it. We definitely have concentrations of AWESOME 4g. Certain spots around the hospital etc I can get 20+ mbits down, but throughout most of the county I get ~5 mbits down 3 up.

At home .. on Cable .. I get ~ 5 mbits down, 384k up.

Not everywhere is blessed with super awesome cable speeds, and 5 mbits is nothing to sneeze at in general, especially compared with what rural areas see.

My OG Droid is slow, like takes 30 seconds to load icons on homescreen after exiting the browser slow. I'm mostly looking forward to having a nice speedy phone....also I need more memory for apps =O)

Seriously, if this thing comes out on the 15th, I'll wait the extra 4 days and see what's what when the Prime comes out.
 
when's the next big upcoming phone regardless of carrier?
I don't want to go to SGII with the nexus here, but i'm seriously worried about buyer's remorse when this phone is released.
 
i called the utica, michigan store, and he told me that it was going to be released tomorrow but its been delayed, he doesnt know why but he thinks maybe they were doing an update. i know you are all well aware, i just figured i would tell you anyways.

I printed mine off, it's safely at home with all the promotional fliers that verizon keeps sending me, but I was trying to bring it up in the living social app on my OG Droid and it keeps force closing... my other vouchers come up in the app, just fine. I think it's a conspiracy.

Since I've been able to do this since rooting (it would have been in the top) I'm looking most forward to beaming with the wife and that stunning screen and resolution! Although she's wanting to just get a new phone right now and not wait for the GN. I might be unbeamable soon :rolleyes:
