Root [CWM][ROOT][RZR] Root & Recovery AIO - UPDATED 2-19-2012

Just letting ya know that OP says now works with ZVB and ZVB.. Not trying to go all grammar police on ya but may confuse some :)

If usb mass storage doesn't work how am I suppose to install roms?

I am referring to the new ZVC root
usb mass storage is referring to mounting as usb mass storage n a window popping up like it would in the OS with mass storage hooked up n enabled.

You can still install roms, make backups etc. UMS in recovery is something most dont know about nor use, but those who do make a big deal about it when it doesnt work lol.

the ZVC or ZVB has nothing to do with recovery. Recovery gives 2 sh175 about what os you have ;)

after upgrading my phone no vibrates more

and I did it two times and still the same ... I had to return to the previous CWM_RC.ZIP and the vibrate work

My esteem is coming later today so excited :D. probably when I come from school will it come with zvb or zbc?

Also will you still have reboot problems on zvb running custom rom or is better to upgrade to zbc

most likely it will have ZVC on it. the reboot issues dont seem to be a ZVB or ZVC issue but rather something to do with LTE.

so why after installation the phone stopped vibrating?? and I did it 3 times .... and i return to the previous version and all normal .. I have the stock ROM

no clue I would have to replicate the issue to see. And you mean stock as is stock or you flashed my stock zvc rom?

All i have to do is follow these instructions, except use the dan rosenburg files instead?
Sorry for the questions just trying to lower the risk of rooting my phone

Need help. CWM appears to be installed successfully but cannot boot into Recovery mode. I get an exclamation mark next to the Android icon. Is it because CWM didn't install? Here's the log.

[*] Pushing CWM to Phone

'Files\$adb' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

[*] Installing CWM Recovery

/data/local/tmp/cwmrecovery.img: cannot open for read: No such file or directory

[*] Root complete!!!

[*] Finished Installing Clockworkmod Recovery!!!

[*] Cleaning up...

[*] Rebooting one last time...

Yea I'm having the exact same issue trying to install the updated AIO Recovery. It will root no problem, but it's having difficulty installing the CWM. All I'm getting is the triangle with the exclamation point and the android fella as wel trying to boot into recovery. Any ideas why this may be happening?
