G-BOX Rockchip 2918 Gingerbread - Really plays and outputs FullHD

Help me please. How i can install my logitech pro 9000 webcam in this device. I need the skype video calls. What i can do?:)
 
Its defaut camera.apk, and with trick, put usb camera in, take the power off manually on the back side and then back, power on on front side and start camera apll. If apll. cant run do the same with power off/on.
If the webcam is not recognized try with logitech webcam...

last night i try your gv6 firmware, but the live wallpaper did not work, at least the one i try what is working on other fw. I do not find a keyboard!! have to install one to access to the market, because the lcd Density is not installed either! i'll try your trick to use the camera but not work for me. my camera is logitech but at least is 4 or 6 years old. don't know if this is a problem....

Hi there again,

So the fellows that have been reading this forum know that I've been working on a firmware for this box but now I bricked my device :(

How did it happen? I was installing a new image, which I have done few times before, everything was going well, the box turned off after the installation was complete but never turned back on, I waited about 40 minutes to be sure.

What do I see? I turn the box on and nothing happens (absolutely nothing), there is no signal between the box and the tv. At least the button goes blue :)

I tried the factory reset on the the little hole on the back of the box by turning the box off, holding down factory reset button, turning the box back on, releasing the factory reset button - Still no signal on TV

I have tried all combinations I could think of to factory reset and it just does not work.

So now I am on eBay trying to find a cheap male to male usb cable.

If anyone has an input please do not hesitate.

Hi, I just got G-BOX today and testing now.
Eventhough the box conected by HDMI, only what I can select is those 2 displaymode 1280*720 and 720*480.
I think that there suppose to be 1920*1080, but not.
TV is JVC's LT-37LC205.
Why is that? Could anybody help me?

I'm new here on the forum and impressed what you have already done with the box.

I have the same Problem as "mikan".

After I reset the G-box to factory settings (on the screen, not the switch).
Now the setting in the screen resolution 1920x1080 disappeared.

Does anyone have the latest version of the G-box or knows where to get them?

I suppose you have a point. It's slightly annoying that asiapad use UPS for delivery (which pretty much means guaranteed customs charges), so more saving up for me - or waiting till full browsing internet TV's become more affordable

Hello

With your box probably everything is ok.
your monitor must support the resolution.
Only those resolutions are displayed in the selection menu.

For me it was a projector, which can dissolve only 1280 * 720 p
Therefore, the higher values ​​were gone.

Hello all there sorry for my english i removed some apps from the firmware and now i have more ram mamory and more speed it's much more stable :D
