Just finished rooting my Evo 4g GB 2.3.3 and I just partitioned my sd card - no rom flashed yet. When I was done partitioning, I rebooted and it booted back into recovery. I haven't been able to get out of recovery at all! HELP!

Did you leave swap at zero?

You can also transfer a rom to your sdcard using the usb mount in recovery.

Then, once you have the rom transferred, wipe everything, excluding sdcard, then flash the rom.

Wipe data/factory reset
Wipe cache
Wipe Dalvik cache
Wipe android-secure
Wipe boot
Wipe system
Wipe sd-ext

DO NOT WIPE SDCARD

Flash rom

Reboot

By the way, what recovery are you using? If using CWM, Dalvik cache will be under advanced

hi yes u need to drop a rom on sd card and flash....most important thing u do after root and recovery is MAKE A NANDROID so u have a rom to fall back on and dont get stuck like u r ..then u can partition sd card and flash kernals etc.. ...root/ recoveryruu or rom/ nandroid / then boot up..
