Okay Also, I don't know why you (or others) are having problems with the rom reading the card. Mine worked fine. Is your card different from the 8 gig that comes with the phone? (or any other 8 gig card)

I think i figured out your error,dude you need to start reading things before jumping in,the rom you just linked us to is a port from nexus s to i9000,dude this is HTC EVO 4G forum,if thats the phone you have then thats your answer,why i does'nt work.

i knew it wasn't for the evo 4g, i just flashed it out of curiosity and everything worked great on my evo 4g but the sd card. so i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas to try to get it working. sorry for bothering

you have to be very careful on what you flash. roms for other phones could actually brick your phone. only flash roms that are made for your phone.

some folks (including me) are having SD card mount issuses with tthis version, there is a lot of love out there tho for 2.2.17 by swiperrat found on the same link...i havent tried yet, but plan to today..
