Root [ROM] CTMod 3.80 (04/06/13)

Hi Bloodawn I updated to 3.1.2 everything works fine except my ex-girlfriend keeps slashing the tires on my car. I hope the 3.2 update getting released later on will resolve this. Thanks for the continued support.

You sdcard is corrupt (from spyware & porn) a format should solve your tire issue

Blood, I tried reinstalling CTmod 3.1.2 but it caused me to crash my brand new motorcycle. Now I'm sore all over, and my brand new bike has scratches all down the right side. Anything you can do to help solve this would be appreciated
:D :D :D :D :D

NEVER mod and ride... Unless you get the expanded-full coverage insurance

^^ Speaking of bikes. Walk outside and find my rear tire is flat due to a nail in it. Awesome stuff. Maybe 3.2 will fix that problem also!!

It will if you dl the fix-a-flat app from HERE

:D:D:p:D:D

Nice!! 3.2 fixed my Bluetooth file transferring so it's all good. Awesome work Blood. Everything else appears to be running on the norm as far as I can tell. Running 3.2 with KK 1.3

Unfortunately it didn't fix my flat tire so better luck next time.

:( I so miss the boot animations from CTMOD 2.3. The KourmaKernel boot animation and the simple CTMOD animation were perfect. Not sure why they were ever replaced. The new for Kourma is just too flashy and sideways lol.

Wish we could go back to the simple days with the nice small boot screens ;)

P.S: I Love the new updates for 3.2! This mod gets better and better.

You could always throw the bootanimation.zip from the older CTMod into the new version. As far as the Kouma Kernel image, that one is written into the kernel so unless you know how to strip the kernel and rewrite it then kinda stuck with it lol.

Here's a copy of the bootanimation I use if ya wanna take a look at it. It's black and white so it fits the theme of the rom. Just use file/root explorer to put it in /system/media. Just make a backup of the original by putting ".bak" after it.

will the new 3.2 be able to preserve settings...sync..homescreen shortcuts..etc?

or would Titanium Backup work...or fudge it up?

Not sure this is quite right but it's what I did and it worked for me. I made a CWM backup and flashed the updated ROM, rebooted. Flashed the Kouma Kernel. Went back into CWM and did an advanced restore on the /data and the /sd-ext. Put everything back to where I had it. Titanium backup might also do it for ya I think. Didn't try that though

new versions of the rom will always wipe everything unless it says otherwise.

you can try using TB. depends on what you back up and try to restore on if it causes any problems.

it should only pop up the first time you open the app i think

Weird issue

When I go into Settings>Sound Settings>Volume

My notification sounds are extremely low and aren't the same sound level as the ringtone even if I unlink the 2 sliders and do them separately.

I have Odined twice with the rooted FA19, wiped everything again, reinstalled CT3.2 and no luck on the notification sounds. I just can't get the volume level to go any higher than its already set.

When I was back on the rooted FA19 image the notification sounds worked perfectly and were a lot louder than on CT3.2.

Also I don't know if its related but the 2 sliders media and alarm both play the alarm sound.
Actually when I move the media slider first it plays no sound. It plays the alarm sound after I move the alarm slider.

Anyone else having this issue or is it just me?

I've noticed that with 3.2 the ringtones and notification sounds are quite a lot quieter than when I was on 2.5. That's all I can compare it with though since I was on 2.5 before I just updated.

Thanks again, Blood. You know that I am a diehard CM7 Fan, but I cannot pass up a chance to try out your latest CTMOD. It is a a good standby workhorse to have on the SD Card to use in a pinch. Nothing wrong with using it all the time, I just like CM

Gonna get off this laptop and download it straight to my phone and try it out for a day or two.

Installed without a hitch. Restored all apps using Titanium Backup except for Fancy Widgets and UNLocker.

So far everything is running very good and fast. The best CTMOD version yet.

- doesn't seem to like landscape mode. I switched it on. But the home screens don't like it. (I this k it used to be possible correct me if I'm wrong.

Edit: ill be updating my finds here.
