 Here ya go folks, Black Plague is built from ZVD!!! It has been debloated, deodexed, and tweaked for better performance and speed.

What is this?

This is a lightweight ROM built both for speed and stability. This ROM is based off of the LG's ZVD update to Gingerbread. It is fully deodexed, and debloated.

How do I install this?


  • 1.) Download the .zip & copy to phone or sdcard (make sure 4g or wifi is enabled if dl'd from phone).
  • 2.) Zip can be installed from either internal or external sd in CWM
  • 3.) MAKE A BACKUP
  • 4.) WIPE DATA!!! WIPE CACHE!!! WIPE DALVIK!!!
  • 5.) Go to install zip from sdcard
  • 6.) Select either from external or internal
  • 7.) Select Black_Plague_signed.zip
  • 8.) Confirm selection
  • 9.) Reboot

Working on that n carrier banner atm.

My usual bag of tricks, plus borrowed ideas from mt and added cmscreenshots, used the Black Chrome theme Shiny ported over. When I post the ROM it will have my normal OP layout with description etc etc. ;)

Well, provided its coming with the black chrome theme you should've called it "Black Plague" Rom like someone suggested on another thread :D
 
I think you can apply the stock theme by aplus, cause when I was on GSE2 I flashed it and it looked stocked.

Youll lose the power menu mod included in plagues framework if you do that. And thats only one of the things you can lose

Awesome.. Can't wait to give it a go.. I'm shocked there are aren't any is it done yet posts. Its been over 6 hours hehe.. I'll try to check back in if any testing is needed.. Got the woman after me today :rolleyes:
 
Is the plague kernel gonna have any updates or anything added to it from the first build or the same?
