Correct if you Follow the Directions, But no the New App's are there Minus the Bloat ware! :)
But, If you need to ODIN for any Reason, you will lose the Updated Kernel!

It takes Longer than the Last Rom system.img. As this one os 133mb+ and the Last one was Really small..

Give it 5 minutes, as it's the Full System this time around and Not Just the App's Only :)

that is correct, because I gave him the dump files, with the update files included!
 
Very cool... working great. Chad just asked this... but I assume that I now have the update, minus all the extra junk they added with the update. Is there a way that I can see the update?

Also, unable to start WiFi. Same as th person above me. Any thoughts?

Oh man... Yeah it's not working.. I'll have to Fix that.
Should be easy to Fix, likely looking for an app that's not there is all. Just have to find which one it is.
 
Also... missing a keyboard. It doesn't find any keyboards when I long tap to select an input method. :)

So I really should just wait for the OTA update to get the new kernal (which has some small tweeks). I've survived with factory stock for a week, a few more days won't hurt too bad.
 
Okay Found the Problem.... Bone Head!!!! LOL

If you have the New Kernel the WiFi will work fine...
If you have the Old Kernel, then you are going to need to Push File over to Libmodule folder in the system folder..
I'll Get the File's Posted ASAP
 
So of course I have to be the one with the problem.

Did this, took a little longer for the #.

After the I got the # I typed reboot... Error message popped up. (sorry didnt write it done)

Now phone lights up and wants to foreclose everthing. It shuts off, reboots, and goes into recovery mode. Now its just chillin at a screen with a phone and a ! in a triangle. Tried to ODIN back and no luck.

Damn I must suck or something, someone help?

I'm dumb... forgot to do that. Do you recommend waiting to get the official update from TMobile before doing this? I didn't fully understand what Chad was referring to when he mentioned waiting for the kernel.
