I believe the Desire and Legend both have standard haptic feedback, so with that regards, the Incredible should have it as well.I've been following this whole thing since I saw a picture of the HTC Passion, which turned out to be the N1. The thing I don't think I've seen a question about though is haptic feedback. It's the ONE thing that my Dare has that I absolutely love. Is that something that comes standard on the Incredible, or something that is enabled?
In his twitter he posted the same info about his gmail chat and he has well over 1000 followers including meI'm not sure he knows what he just got himself into. A lot of stalkers on this thread, lol.
3 TN boys here haha![]()
Only problem is that it now sounds as though the device is a real battery HOG (at 1 ghz speed), which is a major concern. It's great that it can scramble an egg and do all of your dry cleaning for you, but if you're gong to use it for voice calls each day in addition to productivity apps, texting/SMS, social networking, web surfing, video playback/recording, gaming you'll be swapping batteries out at least once a day. I went through that once with my old XV6700 and have no desire to live through that again. This just reproves the old adage that there's a trade-off to everything.ohhhh baby!!! this phone is one bad mamma jamma!!! no multi-touch issues and the 6GB on board storage is true with 1 GHz snapdragon with android OS!!! and they took that gaudy red back off!!!
dont mind if i do while fist pumpin' like a champ!!![]()

i had an eris for awhile...and the big knock on that phone was the horrible battery life...I changed a couple settings and broke the battery in and it was fine. But people on the web just tend to grab onto this type of thing and wring there hands over it. Drives me NUTS!!!
Sure the battery is not going to last a week....but if you do a little housekeeping you will easily get thru the day and night...just put it on the charger when you go to bed and you will be fine.
If you find you just can't make it thru the day with all that you need from the phone....then return it and buy a different phone. Or carry a second battery...certainly not the end of the world.![]()
Verified by using the multitouch app in the market.
Also, my source is no longer available at this time.
If yall want to get a hold of me yall know my twitter and my email/gtalk.
thats the best ya to get a hold of me.
I put my BB 8830 on the charger religiously every night, as I did my XV6700 before it. One HUGE plus in RIM's column is that BB's are great on battery life. I've gone a day or two on occasion without charging and have been fine.Sure the battery is not going to last a week....but if you do a little housekeeping you will easily get thru the day and night...just put it on the charger when you go to bed and you will be fine.
Oh my...I don't check the forum for two days and I have to spend an hour catching up![]()
Great to see NKT on the team!
I am not reeling losing sleep over the under-clocked processor. Sense is so optimized that I don't think it will be a true issue. As long as it is snappy!
Also, someone mentioned Monoprice for the micro usb cord....and I can vouch for that company. They are well known in the AVS Forum....a good source for home theater cables, etc. Smart advice to pick your cable up there as they have excellent prices and are very good quality.
christ...i go out for indian food and drinks with friends and wake up with a massive poop on deck, a hangover, and 5 pages of info to catch up on...and updates to make on the first post (thanks for the pms...you know who you are).
