Root [ACS] Cyanogenmod 7

thats great to hear interdpth can't wait for CM7 :D , i would help but im still about 80% done with noob the process of learning about rooting, info, creating roms etc. i do have my ultra rooted and have both yours and smith rom on my phone, however if you need some testers i would be glad to do it as i do have my stock rom backed up
 
Ya I definitely would like to play with this rom even though there's nothing working it would just be fun to play with. I asked arounjzd for some help myself at some other forums trying to spread the word around so we can unleash this beast.

I synced my repo.sh to include your files but fair warning.. im still learning cyanogen. I've been messing with the audio even though I havent gotten anywhere with it yet
 
Any updates or progress on CM7 that you know of? I am guessing Interdpth has made it back to work by now. Just curious if anyone else is working on it.
 
I am not a programmer but i am currently in school for ITNS and i would like to learn how to help with working on Cynagenmod. I love those ROMS. I used it with the HTC Her0 200 for sprint CDMA and it made that phone actually enjoyable. I can only imagine what it would do for this already amazing boost phone.
Can anyone post a link as to how I can become a developer and help in the process of making a CM ROM for phones???

I've never messed with androidOS or Cyanogen - I didn't quite get where to begin. I'll probably block off a weekend to dive in at some point.
 
Noon question here...is there a way I could make my notification bar look like the one in Cyanogen? I enjoy having toggles in my notification bar...also is there any progress on Cyanogen for the STU? I would be happy to help when someone gets to the testing phase, but I know little about programming so I'd be of no use there.
 
to get the notification toggles requires a lot of framework editing its no simple task ive already looked into it, i may start trying to work on cyanogenmod myself here shortly ive got a lot to learn though as far as programming but it seems doable with some time etc.
 
keep up the good work, It'll be nice to have the bluetooth support so I can use my Wimote on phone, slide out KB gets a little cramped when playing my emulators :D

I rooted my boost mobile samsung transform ultra and have the clockworkmod. I just received an "over-the-air update" and it won't get past the clockworkmod now. I have tried everything I can think of to get it to work but nothing seems to work. How do I remove the clockworkmod from my phone?

It will be done when the dev's finish it as they are working on it in their spare time and not getting paid for doing it so people like you and me can enjoy the benefits of their labors. If you would like to speed up the process please consider contributing to the project either with your time and know how or monetarily to help the devs get phones to test this on since they have thus far sacrificed 6 of their own personal phones in the process of getting this to you.

My bad bro, I get a little protective of the devs here since I know they put so much effort into it and risk their own phones with so little return so when I see someone ask a question like that I may get a little defensive in my efforts to keep them from having to answer questions like that. I'm sorry I offended you.
