I would wait in case the the Incredible doesnt come out in 30 days, also you would have to pay a $35 restock fee to trade devices....unless you buy from Best Buy.
Yes you sure can, your upgrade eligibility will remain open as long as you bring your own equipment.hmm well thats where the problem lies.
im in class and had to type fast
i forgot to say that im on a family plan on t-mo, and will be on verizon also. so my family will switch to verizon tommorow.
if i just get a line with verizon and borrow a friends old phone, could i just sign the 2-yr agreement with verizon when i get the incredible? of if i add on another line (on a family plan, as an extra line) will i be screwed out of the reduced price?
i hope that makes sense
So, we're kind of reverse Googlewhacking ourselves?.... No response, but a significant amount of hits to that link so far. However, it could be others clicking on it that are searching for more information via twitter like the rest of us.
Anonimac - I appreciate your efforts. Thank you.
My pleasure, and I really mean that. I think we had a (mostly) great thing going and there is no reason to stop that, in fact it's highly encouraged.
The parts that sucked are not unique to this thread...it's general obnoxious behavior, continuing with a personal conversating for a bit too long (vs. taking it to PM), inappropriate posts, etc... Those are all things that are within our control and we will all do a better job with that in the future...i know i will.
Individual problems will be dealt with...well...individually. And more pervasive and systematic issues will be addressed in the forum for everyone to see and understand clearly.
At the end of the day this thread is a large aircraft carrier that plotted its course a long time ago...it's not designed to change course quickly, and all it needs are some small course corrections from time to time.
I appreciate everyone's support and continued contributions in this thread and future threads. Cheers!
Iceberg!!!!!!
OK, to edit this into a legitimate post, The Incredible may soon be able to interact with your ps3. Possibly streaming movies to your phone.

I think that's Verizon as in Fios and not Verizon Wireless. They are 2 separate entities.
didnt they just release some kind of droid app that involves fios. I am certain there will be more and more fios/verizon wireless integration in the coming months.
i have it and frankly i think it's overrated...internet speed is faster but not much noticable..picture quality is nice but there is NEVER ANYTHING ON!Sigh...If I could only get Fios where I am.
I just spoke to a family member in California who has a lot of friends in the tech biz. He spoke to a friend who is an Android developer who said basically the same thing as Apangs source. Advertisements soon. Probably a big unveiling at CTIA, and that the 27th seems to be right on track with a release date he had previously heard about. I think this is great news all things considered. We have not had anything official announced by either VZW or HTC, but two separate people in the biz are stating the same thing. I will follow up and see if he has any more news about specs and the like. He did have a test phone, but it was turned in Monday. Said it was SWEEEEEET!!!!
I trust the family member as he is my brother. He said his source is reliable, and pegged everthing about the N1 right down to final spec, and the official release date. He had the N1 for testing purposes also. Said 5 to 6 days after it was turned in, it was officially announced, and released. He was later given the final version to keep, but is more impressed with the speed of this device. All good news.did i tell you i love you?![]()
