I'm not sure, but every time I ask her about something new such as the Incredible, she says, "I don't know. You probably know more than me." Haha.

I'll try and see if I can dig up any dirt as well!

You can do better than that. She's your sister. You have to have some good blackmail material you can use. lol :p
 
Update to the BOGO deal: I've got word that the 31st of March is the end of the BOGO deal. Which leads me to believe that when the Eris goes End-of-line around April 1st is when they'll release the Incredible.

Actually that's be a good way for them to segway from the Moto Droid commercials to the next in the Droid line and stay with the "Droid" brand recognition that they are starting to build.

i dont think there will be many if any commercials... there arent any for the eris and if there is i havent seen any... i think verizon will still be focusing on the droid being it is there premier android phone

They could always keep Moto Droid's and Eris's as BOGO, and just start selling the Incredible. They'd rather sell 2 cheaper phones with 2 data plans, than 1 more expensive device with 1 data plan

All I can say is the latency and jitter on my FIOS connection is superior and gives me flawless VoIP such that landline service is unnecessary. It's not just about the download speeds. But I digress...

I'm wondering with the Saturday launch date, could it be for telesales, internet sales with a Monday or Tuesday in-store release? I guess we'll find out soon enough. I think they did this with a few phones in the Fall.

The HTC Ozone was released online only first.

By saying I hope I can't, I mean I hope the BOGO sale ends. This would signify they are moving on to their next selling phase which would presumably be the offering of a new line of phones......The Incredible.
 
Guys...I don't want to pull anyone off topic here...so I would like to request you take a look at a post in another thread that I just posted to. It's the "HTC Incredible or HTC Supersonic" thread. You can find the thread easily as it is in the menu under this thread. I would like to get some input on a comparison of the two devices but not tie up space here. This thread has some really knowledgeable people...so I thought to ask. Thanks! :D

I'm pretty sure Phases said it's okay to cross-link to a thread that is off-topic here, if you so desire. That way people can click right out of this thread to the one you're referring to.
 
i am new to the android thing but let me just say this, this is the most i have anticapated a phone EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cant wait to hold this phone and see what all this technology you guys are talking about. Snapdragon,2.1,sense ui and all that other stuff a guy pretty excited and hope it is all that we expect it to be. Thanks for all the information!!!
 
Crap! I just realized that I will be camping in the middle of a desert on the 27th. Looks like I will have to wait a few extra days to get my Incredible......
