I'll tell you what would be Incredible... If the GOV'T actually sent me my refund check on time so I could use it to purchase the Incredible and some accessories![]()
I don't have a line into the brains of the marketeers. Is it possible they may come up with a new snazzy name? Sure. But all the documentation I have access to lists the phone as the HTC Incredible ADR6300.

Here is the Eris in verizon system back in Sept. HTC Desire ADR6200. The name could change.

This also helps the theory that the Incredible (whatever the name may change to) is an Eris replacement, since the Incredible's model # is ADR6300...![]()
Between the copyright lawyer's comments and the desire being in the inventory system, I think we are almost certainly going to see a name change.

More and more, I'm thinkin this is the Eris II....

Do we even think that they will keep the "Droid" prefix? I know that George Lucas would love it if they did, but really, is it needed anymore? Everyone knows what android is, so would the royalty payments be able to be justified to HTC and Verizon?
