I had that problem as well. It only happened a couple of times and then went away. Maybe a reboot would help.

Same here. I had to do a factory wipe and reflash everything. Austrie said the Wifi fix would be incorporated in this version of the ROM so it should already be in it.

Tried a factory reset wipe an reflash without flashing wifi fix didnt get error but still wifi didnt work, rebooted few times also rreally would to use this awesome rom
 
Austrie is like 14 years old..I'm sure he is enjoying his Summer and not worrying about Devving for now..let him enjoy it :thumbup:
 
This rom is awesome! I love it but I'm just curious to when the camera might be fixed cause I definitely want to keep using it!

Hard to say, at this point any ICS ROM will not have a working camera on the MT device. I am not sure who is working on it at this time.
 
My Wifi and data just stopped working out of nowhere. :confused: whats up with that what should i do? My texts are coming through but i cant connect to the play store or twitter etc... it says i have 3g connection and my wifi seems to be working also.

edit : did some research and i found that if i went into the apn settings and deleted "mms" from the apn type and then reboot i got data to work and wifi to connect but i had to re input my WAP passcode.
 
This Rom is definitely the best option for ICS. If you fix the Camera, then this would be the #1 option for 4.0. Would looking at the source for MIUI-1.11.25 help fix the issue?

The problem from what I have seen is the so called source code is basically decompiled files. It does not seem like the have truly released any real source code at all. Here is one example

If you look in there they offer the xml directory and a smali directory. To me I don't consider smali real source code at all. Most the repos they are offering are all the same. Its really sad that they consider this to be source code when its decompiled android files the are offering. Talk about true reverse engineering.

This is the main reason I no longer use miui as there is no way to see what they are doing with the code and how "secure" your data is on it. Who knows what calls they are making or what data they are looking at. I don't mean to freak anyone out but this is just a judgment call. If you are going to release source, then release source. Don't give me an Apple and call it an Orange.

Unfortunately no, development for this rom and other ICS (4.0.4) roms are no longer being ported do to source code not being released so that we can develop an updated kernel to get everything else working (HDMI, Camera, Torch). Also the Phone FC and or FR(Force Reboot) is mainly Miui's fault ;P lol. The only MIUI i know that is working is 1.11.25

Awesome I was hoping someone would I get the best battery life I have ever gotten on this rom and its smoother than most already.
