For those of you with a Moto DROID, what menu do you look at to see that you have in fact 256MB of SDRAM (memory)?

I had a Droid for a month (had to get rid of it and go back to my TP2 unfortunately), though I forget what it looked like. But I found this screenshot that shows how the ROM and SD card storage is displayed:

So now we need to find out what that page says on the Incredible (if anyone knows/remembers....)

All phones with a microSD card slot these days can address the 32gigs needed. Keep in mind the 32gig cards aren't available yet in microSD that I'm aware. 16gigs is it please the on board NAND. Eventually it'll be available.

Look into a program Called Subsonic, I have it set up and it rocks. Imagine your whole library with you all the time, all 120gigs of music.

I just spoke with someone at a GoWireless Verizon retailer, and to clarify this person has been very informative and has had reliable info in the past, he told me about the Droid about 1 month before those "Droid Does" commercials and he said with a wink, wink, nudge, nudge that it will not be released this month, but tax time should hold some surprises, other than a nice rebate.

Take what you will from it, but this guy has been reliable in the past.

I think I'll hold off on the 32gb card until they come out with a faster class. It would take forever to transfer large amounts of data at 2 MB/s.

I think I'll hold off on the 32gb card until they come out with a faster class. It would take forever to transfer large amounts of data at 2 MB/s.

At this point it'd be much more economical to buy 2 higher class 16 GB cards, maybe one for music, and one for movies.

NAND is just a type of flash memory (the most common type that we're all used to), so it should be pretty much the same as any other internal flash storage (iPhone, etc.)

Well guys, it is confirmed. It truly is: The Incredible is going to Verizon Wireless, and the managers know about it. The Indy store manager knew about it, the Florida manager knew about it. Guys, we have nothing to worry about. VZW told HTC, we want a device better than everyone else's!

ok, since gorilla glass is a moto droid thing (i.e. no luck getting it on the inc.) do screen protectors actually work? i don't have a smartphone yet.

Last weekend I was demonstrating the Invisible Shield on my Omnia to my brother-in-law, bragging how great it was. "Look! It's made for the government to cover helicopter blades!" I took my truck key to it, and scratched the hell out of it. Oops!
