T-Mobile is one of the largest cell phone providers in Europe. Not like in the US. They don't need to undercut pricing.I don't know the stats but my guess is T-Mobile UK, like T-Mobile here, has to charge less or they would have 0 customers (or maybe 1, Catherine Zeta Jones). Isn't their plan here in the states 60/mo ?
True, then someone would just steal it.they wouldn't just have the inc. sitting out in the open

I work in the medical device field. If you've got a new product to unveil at the major show of the year (called AORN), you do it on Day 1. That's when you get the most traffic in the exhibit hall. By Day 2, your competition has seen everything in your booth (there's basically no where to hide stuff) so you've lost any 'element of surprise'. I don't know if the Wireless Industry is similar but I would expect if you are going to make news, you want to do it on Day 1 as well.
Error 503--Service Unavailable
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.5.4 503 Service Unavailable
The server is currently unable to handle the request due to a temporary overloading or maintenance of the server. The implication is that this is a temporary condition which will be alleviated after some delay. If known, the length of the delay may be indicated in a Retry-After header. If no Retry-After is given, the client SHOULD handle the response as it would for a 500 response.
Note: The existence of the 503 status code does not imply that a server must use it when becoming overloaded. Some servers may wish to simply refuse the connection.
Does anyone in here even give a rats a$$ about the Verizon/Skype partnership? I don't.

Woke up about an hour and a half ago and I'm just now caught up with my 9 pages of morning reading...wow!! Is all I can say. OK, so is everyone ready today? Let's try to keep positive and see if our combined "will" can help bring this phone out of hiding today!
