Are nexus 1's coming from google preloaded with sense on t mobile? (I haven't seen anything about this) Like i have posted before I don't see google EVER selling the N1 with sense, since the whole reason they decided to sell the N1 in the first place was because they felt that android was getting too fragmented by all the manufacturers and they wanted to show off their operating system in it's pure form.

If they were officially adding sense to the N1 then they are doing the opposite of the whole reason for the N1 in the first place.

Agree... I haven't seen anything about Sense on the N1. It's a completely google device.

so if i have an upgrade right now, can i go get an eris for 30 days and then return it when the incredible comes out without paying anything?

Thats a thought. Since the BOGO is still on wonder if they would let me have a dumb phone intead of a smart phone free then i could return the eris and keep the dumb phone for my husband. I am too selfish to waste my $100 on his " Man" phone ( his words) . hmmmm any thoughts?

Yeah I was signed in at the time. Just had to let my mouse hover on the phone I was looking at for him and eventually it just popped up.

Nope, if you do the BOGO, both phones have to be returned.

That stinks :( well guess I'll just have to go to corporate and see if they wll me me do an early upgrade on his line and let me keep my NE2 on my primary open. doubtful though. He cant wait 2 weeks for a new phone and his radio is dead on his. :(

If his phone is dead, they might be more willing to let him upgrade early. You'd think that would be a good way to handle customer service anyway.

Would think but as long as I've got that NE2 on my line ( the primary) I think they are going to make me use tht one. I'll go and ask anyway, maybe will be able to scope out some info on the Incredible while I m there;)

I was able to upgrade early (within 30 days of her NE2) for my daughter's phone when it broke. I had to call the 1-800# from the store (they would not do it on their own). After the call, I was then able to upgrade in the store during the same visit. I had to jump through hoops but eventually got it done.

I've found that calling VZW is often better than going to the store. Sure you have to wait 24 hours for the phone to arrive, but they usually seem to be able to help you out more than the store people. Just my experience.
 
wow another expected announcement day with no announcement. huh, im getting the feeling there is a pattern here. whats funny is that the verizon executives have to have been turned on to several sites like this and are probably ROFL reading these posts.
 
Does anyone actually believe a Saturday announcement? Come on... No way.

Expect the coming week or April's 1st week as a more likely candidate for an announcement.

Motorola Droid was announced on a Wednesday.
Eris Was announced on a Thursday.
Devour announced on a Wednesday.
 
BTW, where is the coffee and donuts?:D

MM was in the kitchen and reported a box with a sticker that read "Do not EAT until further notice" . Now we're not saying that they are donuts in the box or not, but it seems likely since it's a Saturday and all the donuts would of long been gone had that sticker not been on it. Unfortunately he was unable to get a picture of the box or the honey glazed. :( Some people are claiming there were in fact donuts but MM ate them all.

Yeah so I called and they said they would okay his early upgrade after some trouble shooting first - However during the trouble shooting his radio magically came back on so no early upgrade for him, oh well at least he has a working phone for the moment.
So I asked her after all that if she had heard about the Incredible " Actually, no"., she said " the first I heard of it was when you mentioned it. But we never hear of new phones sometimes untill the day before they come out.'

That's because the CSR's (phone/chat) are in some call center in Murry Utah and other locations. I had some friends that worked there. They don't know thing one about new phones. We would do well to talk to people in stores as they receive training first. I've found that the techs are more informative than the salesman for rumored phones.
I would stop wasting your time with them. ;)
