Root no more bricks

It doesn't work on all bricks, especially ones that have an overwritten download mode, like what happens if you use Rom Manager to flash in a different phone's image

It will get a phone into download mode that will not respond to the Vol Down + Camera key combo

they've been around for a while now.
I thought everyone knew about them by now

This is really interesting... Hopefully we'll be able to get unbrickable mod on this phone if it's not already. But I doubt people would want to sharpen their soldering needles to prevent something that can be prevented just by not doing anything wreckless. Plus this little jig is out so it's not as bad(:
 
riff box supposedly fix ROM manager bricks but I looked it up and I couldn't tell if it something you buy or if you gotta find a store with one or what. has all software and drivers and firmware for our phone but one step is plug into riff box and idk how to obtain this magical box.

ugh price tag. this fix ROM manager bricks? how I find somewhere local that will do?

I'd damn near swoop one myself if I had clientele to send their phones for me to fix and help get my money back. I'm on my second prevail now and would like to get my bricked one functional to donate to one of our developers like blood or kouma so they don't gotta use their personal devices trying stuff out.

Nope, I've only got my daily driver. Complete with scratch in the face from when I took a turn to fast and it flew across the floorboards. At least it's not in the part of the face that matters
 
the usb jigs only load up download mode, they are along teh same lines as a moto factory cable. if you dont have download mode now you wont have it with the jig
 
lol well i guess thats that for now..so what kind of jam is the jig good for?..i thought the whole deal was get into dl if for some reason you couldnt do it with hardware buttons..:confused:

that is what i thought too, like the sodering trick to fool it into dl mode?:confused: need someone from samsung inside to tell how they do it. can't believe with todays technology no one knows how to fix. but if send it in they can fix it. got to be a way to find out how?:confused:
