Help Warp got to 117 degrees F today

Could i have damaged my phone. Does anyone know just how hot is too hot. I was just charging and on the web. I'm running shins rom 3 with mem swap. No OC.

Its a known issue that the phone gets hot when under use while plugged in

That's bad for the battery it self, probably even sucked a lil juice out of it. You don't want your phone hitting 130 Fahrenheit you'll probably fry something.

I've hit that temp running a GPS speedometer when I'm driving. (Vehicle's is intermittent). Never took a temp while charging. This is a issue I think, that zte never took care of. I should take apart my other warp, btw its damaged, and find out what the deal is, its always been a mystery to me

Phone gets hot for me when I'm on 3G or using GPS.
When using Wi-Fi it stays pretty cool.
