***Official HTC Incredible Thread***

I went to the Verizon store and almost caved and bought an Eris. I had a NE2 credit of $100 and the rep still wanted to charge me more and give me the mail in rebate to send in (which I wasn't going to do anyway because I was planning on returning the phone). I thought that since the phone was only $79 I wouldn't have to deal with the MIR and could just use my NE2, but nope Verizon customer service reps make everything so complicated. I also thought about ordering one online but saw that you have to wait 3 days to purchase a new phone with out getting the restocking fee. So now I'm still stuck with my Dare because I want to be able to get the Incredible as soon as it hits stores.

Dear Incredible, please hurry up!

p.s. I left up random web pages with HTC Incredible pictures on the notebooks and the Droid in the store since you guys were talking about it yesterday :P

Me too! I was going to get the desire if the incred didnt come out but who knows when and if it comes out in the U.S. Or I might just jump ship to sprint. I've heard its got good coverage in my area

yeah thats just a render, the actual hardware isn't even being tested yet, just the software
 
Okay now this is totally unrelated but interesting. When I was in the store a rep was taking to a man and his wife and he mentioned the unlimited talk being 39.99 like the ad on testman was showing before. I thought I would just mention it.

But since I feel the need to be on topic. With all the confirmed specs for the incredible the more I look at them the more I think that the phone will be totally outdated in a month. Except for the 8mp camera, which as others mentioned the quality of the lens is what is important.

All that said I would really just like to see the expansion of the android app market.

I'll go there. My curve is terrible. If I didn't need a phone I would have already thrown it against the wall. Involuntary reboots, freezes and battery pulls, ancient browser just to get started. Let's go incredible!!!
