Hey just is this build fully functional?? Seen many that claim full function but then have several issues like camera instability and random force close for majourity of apps. Could you list any issues you have come across with details?

Thanks

Samsung Nordic says on their facebook page that Swedish s3 will receive 4.1 in October or November.

Disappointing, would have liked official JB release quicker than this for the Galaxy S3.

You would have thought getting it out before Apple announce new products would have been a good way to divert attention.

If the "iPhone 5" is launched/announced tomorrow all the reviews and previews comparing both will be done with ICS equipped Galaxy S3 and that's what people will be seeing.

Big fail for Samsung imo, they missed an opportunity here. :(

They're busy making a anti-apple/iphone advert for the moment. I rather see that first.

I've been able to run all apps, no crashes except one. it's Air Control Lite but that's not a big deal, just a free game.

another issue I've had is that I can't get google voice search to talk back. this may be simply because I'm not in the USA.

Everything else runs fast and fine. Remember that this leaked version was leaked 9-9-2012 so it's been polished since the DLI1 builds.
They also fixed a lot of bugs from the previous versions like camera bugs and such. I've had no problems snapping photos, video recording.

This version is 99.999999% stable and I highly recommend it for those who can not wait.

No bugs. No idea how flash works. Adobe discontinued flash, but you can still get the APK.

Sounds promising. I did load the Flash apk on a previous JB leak but got a lot of FCs, can anyone confirm if this is still the issue?

Tired of waiting so followed flashing instructions and now have JB!

BTW anyone knows what happens when official version comes out - will I be able to upgrade to it?

You will have to install the offical rom the same way you did the custom rom, automatic updates don't work with beta or custom roms.

Thank you for your quick reply and input. Glad to hear they have almost polished out all the bugs etc. Ill admit I cant wait but I simply refuse to stray from my STOCK ICS currently. Im aware of the process but I have waited this long so wont hurt to wait a LITTLE bit longer.

Hopfully it will be rolled out before my birthay lol

Also they have discontinued flash?! Now i dont mean to sound thick but im pretty sure thats what us mobile users have been waiting for... adobe has dropped it or android??? Please tell me that jellybean will function like ICS as Im fond of mobile streaming etc.

Thanks again

Adam

Adobe discontinued it. You can side load it or download it from the adobe website and it seems to work fine so don't let that get you down :)

And, this came from a UK website. So, even IF it did get released in October it might be for the UK and not the US carriers.

Very valid, yet we know in the U.S.on Oct 1st, at 00:00:01 people are going to be posting "got it yet?, got it yet? got it yet?" "nothing here, I'm in the eastern time zone"......... S.O.B.'s lied to us again"

Grow up.

Edit: I never knew there was an ignore list, comes in use :)

Cute. You should have actually put me on ignore, though, not just say you did.

Another useless and meaningless article that everyone one here will misinterpret and attempt to hold someone too.

There is no date listed at all. It doesn't say you will get it in October. It says you might get it as soon as October. And it says that it is up to each carrier to do it.

So until your carrier announces when it will be available for you, once again, this thread is a pointless waste of bullshit.

Pretty much. More speculation to be taken as gospel...

There will still be time between the announcement of the iPhone and the release of it. That certainly presents an additional opportunity for Google/Samsung to steal Apple's thunder, if that is their end goal.

And the stigma that Android user screwed due to untimely updates is perpetuated....

Installed Flash Player 11.1 and went to yourube. Worked like a charm straight from the browser.

Went to GSMArena.com and loaded the desktop site. No problems. Tried playing an embedded video and no problems either.

Adobe haven't discontinued it? They reinstated support about 5 days after removing it from the play store. It's available for download and support for the moment anyway.

Only in the UK, and only because the BBC told them to do this until they created/found an alternative to flash.

Please stop making things up you didn't see or read. This article says ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about when you will be getting Jelly Bean. Until your carrier says when they are rolling it out to their customers, you know nothing. There is no schedule. There is no date. There is no nothing. Anyone who tells you otherwise is full of crap.

Exactly! That's one thing Apple customers will always enjoy with their iToyes more than anyone else as Apple releases the updates globally and doesn't leave the customers at the carriers' mercy
