Just did it. Told them I was an Android developer from California. Told him that I have a developers test phone and that it was laggy and locked up on several occasions. He asked me to repeat the name of the device and I told him the ADR6300. His IMMEDIATE response was "Oh. the Incredible for Verizon"..I'm not shit***g you. He said that they were not aware of these issues(IMO GREAT NEWS) and suggested a hard reboot. Remove the Battery etc... He then stated that if that did not solve the issue to call the advanced tech support/warranty Dept..............1-888-617-1113. They are Open from 9-6 Eastern time. I called the number, but they were closed, and the recording said, "we are here to help you with all of your Nexus support needs".......But HE said Incredible!!!!!

Hell yeah. I support these secretive phone calls. Taking things into our hands...I like it. Not enough to make any calls myself but this is how you get stuff done. Seriously. Appreciate it man.

What's funny about most of you guys and your stories, is how you are constantly asking VZW reps for answers and how they never tell you anything. When I went into the store about 2 weeks ago, I was inquiring about the Droid and the Eris (I'll be getting the Droid this weekend to keep me busy until the Incredible comes out, hopefully in 30 days) and when I was asking about the Eris and saying I wished it had a bigger screen, the REP actually told me "I believe HTC is coming out with something call the Incredible." I didn't think anything of it, but when I got on to this forum a few days afterward, I was floored to see you guys all not getting answers when you asked questions. I DIDN'T EVEN ASK and the guy brought it up himself lol, weeks ago. I just thought I'd share that with you guys.

Probably one of the few reps that gets all their info off this site...

If I stream Google maps for navigation for two hours, stream Pandora for two hours a day, and do some occasional surfing (engadget, gizmodo, weather, etc.), how close would I come to the 5GB cap?

Guerrila tactics, I like it :) next we need to put together a black ops team to infiltrate VZW and HTC America...;)

Looks like the calling is actually giving us some info. Good stuff guys, see if you can get anything more out of them.

We need some timeframes now, we don't even know when the Nexus One is releasing so thats not really much help.

I literally Lol'd when I saw this.

No the rep who told me about it, went back and asked his manager. I went back the other day and asked if he got his info online and he said through the grapevine at work....so I guess even the VZW workers are anxious to get a hold of the phone.
