Root [Boost Mobile] Project Infinity **COMMING VERY SOON**

Dm47021, id be willing to test for you. I have gone through almost every Kernel and Rom posted on here tryin to make out the best combo. I also have logcatting experience on the device and through ADB, and i make sure all my logcats get puched to my desktop as a .txt file. Just let me know if i can Test for ya. PM me here or Email me at KrazieJedi420@gmail.com. Thanks in advance

working on overclock as we speak, finally figured out which files need to be moddified, wish me luck

UPDATE
After a long night of coding, Overclock is working, allows you up to 1862mhz, and stable so far, default boot frequency is 1024 so theroreticly it should boot on any warp, even yours krowbarr. added BFQ, and many cpu govoners

If you think the Kernel is good, just wait, the rom only puts the frosting on the cake, this release is gonna be sooooo good, i went way above and beyond

Really!! If the kernel is as good as you think, combined with your rom, then the Warp, may become A LEGEND!!!

Can thw testers please post results bugs speed tests or anything so this doesnt look like just a hype thread please and do you have a stablw build yet i look forward to checkin out the work

I doubt doubt it or anything i mainly ment so other people dont start complaining and im just interested to hear things about its performance

kB/s is different from kbps. This is why I asked to begin with. I average 1100 kbps which is around 140 kB/s. If I read the poster correctly he is talking about kbps and those speeds are average.

NA man I was talking about 50 KB/s avg lol boost sucks here which is crazy because sprint kicks a*s but its still a big bang for ur buck because talk wise its unbeatable (my wife has the warp to her is not rooted and Same thing just so all knows its boost not my phone)

I was actually referring to this post by the op.

Last night while working on a nightly build. I the seem to have come across a secret when compiled into the kernel. Seems i have much higher signal and my 3g seems maxed out at aroumd 400kb per second. This has never happened untl now

I have no doubt that your average speeds come in around 50kB/s

Here is a little trick to try to see if you can average higher speeds

dial ##3282#
Choose Edit
Enter your MSL code
Choose DSS
Write down the current Proxy server IP Address
Click on the down arrow to the right
enter 74.125.79.104
hit ok
Click on the menu button and choose save.
Reboot and profit

I love that ip it gives great speed reaults but i notice ill loose signal more often with it in some areas

Suck it sequent, I will post some speedtest benchmark speeds.
Also the infinity kernel is about 60mhz more than the shinjitsu 1.5.2 kernel.

Lol. Its a beast aint it. Just wait for the rom.... its like adding nitrous to my v8 engine

I do t use wifi anyways atm cuz data cuts out eventualy on the oc. Ill get back tp you about testing ttho im about to switch to ctmod sometime today im gunna have to get a feel on how it runs bwfore i can test and tell you the difference

This is not any othef oc kernel thats out. This is brand new. Built from source. Patched. Tweaked. And oc by me. Did mention its oc with swap enabled to run in /data.

1.5.2 doesn't have a special kernel. It's the same 1.8GHz beta kernel created by DTM that's available in his thread.

I meant threat the project infinity kernel has higher over clock speeds than shinjitsu.
On shinjitsu the Max speed is 1804mhz and project infinity's Max speed overclocking is like 1868 or 1874 or something like that but I know that there is at least 60 or 65 MHz difference in the oc speeds on the 2 roms.
