I will personally give you the benefit of the doubt. The reason everyone responded to you the way they did probably has to do with your screen name. We had a person here several days ago that had several different names he used - all beginning with "incredibly."

He was subsequently banned several times for stirring up trouble with his own fake pictures.

I never really did follow the supersonic. Was that a very last minute change (to evo)? Or did we not have enough information/material on that to make a call on it?
 
Ok so anyone want to book makeover's on launch day?? I want my new found friends looking on point on release day. Were going to working with 8 megapixels now!
I've been looking a hot mess the last few days sitting here glued to this forum..... I've been totally neglecting my life.... I think I'm going to post an Incredible inspired eyeshadow look on my beauty blog..... Maybe a Sense UI smokey eye???:D
 
Yeah, in another year it won't be quite as incredible anymore. Yesterday when people were coming up with names based on how long it's been taking for the phone to come out, I was trying to think of a legit name, and was having a hard time thinking of something marketable that hasn't been used already.

I cant wait for this phone... Been following this thread for several weeks now. Thanks to everyone for the research and information!

Someone mentioned the likeness to the movie Incredibles... Perhaps this device will come with a Disney theme installed? lol

I'm still convinced that Droid will be incorporated into its name somehow. I can't imagine the amount of money that VZW has and still invests into the Droid's marketing campaign. I know the recent ads have been geared more towards apps, but the trademark "Droid" sound is still at the beginning of the ads.

As far as I know that was a last minute change up to the conference....maybe Sprint was thinking that all along, but there was no evidence that it wasn't gonna be called the SS. They have the luxury of Announcing way before release though so a name change is easier to transition.

Maybe because Verizon has been running Droid commercials again in a new ad blitz? I dunno beyond that...
