Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Please deodex Metro S3 ROM

what was the error when trying to install?

It just said failed to install (directory of zip). If its any help it gets passed the md5 skip and hangs for about 30-40 seconds before falling.

mrpnut filled me in it was error status 7 and cried about permissions, im hoping i fixed it as this is a #^#%$& 700MB upload on my 2mb upload speed (it takes around an hour to upload this shit )

features of this "rom" are:

its stock based
deodex'd
zipaligned
rooted (supersu 0.98)
busybox 1.20.2
some very minor build.prop tweaks

please bear in mind you should not be able to accept any OTA's while on this rom due to it being deodex'd

reuploaded (new file)

lol this is why the OUDHS doesnt do roms unless we have teh device

this wont have project butter so no it wont be as smooth, thats the downside of being on ics

On the build from PG it install good and booted to the metro screen than it just sits there. I have tried different boot.img to no avail. Hopefuly this can get figured out soon. :smokingsomb:
