if youre on a family plan, and the account isnt in your name, but your line is eligible for an upgrade. does the account holder need to go get the phone or can anyone?

vzw just updated their security protocall and if ur not a user on the account then yes the main name has to be there and if u are a user then all u need is your id

I don't know how you guys can buy this phone online. If you order it the 29th you are not going to get it until at least the 30th. So I just came across this. And I know its been beaten to death, but for all the doubters out there, wirefly has a comparison of the nexus one to the incredible showing 8gb onboard memory. Now wirefly is a cellphone retailer of all 4 carriers so I'm guessing this is legit. So hopefully everyone will believe now.

I just did a trademark search and HTC did indeed apply for a trademark on HTC Incredible back in November 2009. They have not applied for a trademark for HTC Supersonic. They have a lot applications and trademarks out there including some they have abandoned. A couple of live marks and applications are: HTC Pure, HTC Magic, HTC Tattoo,HTC Tilt. There are some dead marks like HTC Max and HTC Dawn.
