Here's the story: I rooted my GNEX a long time ago and recently switch to CM. Transition was easy, love it.
The wife asked me to do the same to hers, and it had never been rooted. I followed some tutorials and am now stuck. The device gives the error "Unfortunately, setup wizard has stopped" every time it boots. I tried a couple of different versions of gapps with no luck. Now, I can't even get it to mount to the computer in order to copy files to it.
I did the initial unlock with this: Download GalaxyNexus/rooting/GalaxyNexusRootNew.zip at DownloadAndroidROM.com
Then installed optimus_prime-touch-v5.5.0.4-6-toro-VERIZON.img using fastboot.
Then installed CM using the appropriate file from the site.
Finally, installed gapps.
Can anyone help? I'm at 5 hours and am pretty desperate.
