ES Explorer doesn't show Ex. Card

Since I installed CM 10.1, ES Explorer only shows "Be Weather" on my external storage card.
Yet "Disc Usage" correctly shows my 1.5 gigs of music, DCIM, etc.
This is really messing with several things: where new music downloads go, and more importantly, my photo gallery. Screenshots go to sdcard/data/Edward Kim Screenshots instead, which is undetectable by gallery, imgur or photobucket, etc.
Therefore I can't show you screenshots of what I'm talking about.
I seem to be running into problems with anything that relies on my external sdcard.
Please help as I don't want to go back to ICS.

It shows the same thing as ES.
I'll bet somebody is going to tell me it's a partition thing, which I know absolutely nothing about.

Edit: I went back to root browser again just for the hell of it. This time it asked for root privilege, which I gave it, and now it correctly shows the 14 folders in external.
Okay, now: what is everybody using to take screenshots with?

Edit: I figured everything out except how to avoid the "granted superuser permission" image from appearing on the image:

Hey sleedeane. I moved this to the all things root forum. Everything ok now?

btw .. you can also hold power button and volume down to take a screen.
