Any Nexus 4 owner going to get the S 4 ?

Read about the S4 tonight and still went over to the google store and bought a Nexus 4. Verizon can guarantee me slow updates, expensive service, tons of bloatware, and a locked down phone. Not worth it. Nexus 4 is still very top end hardware, unlocked, stock android that will always be up to date, everything I want, nothing I don't AND it'll save me $60/month over staying with Verizon. No brainer, really.

Nope.. Nexus line is what its all about! Dont care even if it had 16cores and 4k screen! S4 is like Lady Gaga

P. S.
iphone is like Justin Bieber.

Btw

FOR GOD SAKE HOW COME SWIFTKEY knows predictions for Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber

Got a SGS2 nearly 2 years ago and thought it was great....

Until I got my Nexus 4 in November last year.

I won't touch a non Nexus phone again.

Does that make the N4 Beyonce?

Which by the way my next phone will probably be a N4 or N5 if it's out by December.

I do not plan on leaving the N4 for anything any time soon. The only thing I dislike about it, is the lack of external storage/no USB OTG.

I won't be switching. But I will be patiently waiting for the X Phone.

You lost all credibility just by mentioning those two.

Not a chance. Had the S2, my daughter has the S3 (she needs the SD). My next phone will either be the next Nexus or the Moto X phone. I'm hoping for a Motorola.

One thing I see is the trend towards bigger phone. How much bigger is it going to get? I think 4" is too small. 4.5" to 4.7" is about right? I like the phone to be a little wider like the N4, not tall and slim. Unfortunately 1080p is exactly this format.

Maybe out of this is that the S3 maybe price lower?

I cant sacrifice getting Android updates as soon as they roll out! Everything is just so much easier with the N4 it should be illegal. And even judging from that comparison chart posted earlier, the small gains (I dont care about the SG4's camera, N4 is just fine for me) aren't worth it to me. The only phone I'll be getting next is the N5, whenever that is.

I so agree on the size thing!
And honestly its Samsung who just keeps going, and going, and going! Pretty soon the Galaxy S series will be the size of the current note 2.

I feel the size of the nexus 4/HTC one is just absolutely perfect. No need to keep going with these giant screens. I have big hands and was an original note owner, but when I picked up a note 2 I just hated lugging it around, its just not for me on my everyday daily driver...

Nope, not a fan of Samsung bloatware. Im actually planning on picking up the HTC One and/or the BB Z10. Not sure what I really want in a phone anymore other than looks since they all pretty much do the same thing anymore.

The quick overview I read made the S4 sound pretty awesome - I particularly like the fact it's very, very slightly smaller than the S3 but has a bigger screen. The camera and some of the software gimmicks - sorry, market leading innovations - sound nice.

Won't be buying one though. Like everyone else with an N4: I just go it! Maybe in 18 months / 2 years I'll see what Sammie or HTC or whoever has to offer ..

I may once the specs for the next Nexus are released. Of course this depends on the price. I won't want to get into a contract. Now that I've been introduced into the Android/Nexus world I can see myself buying each new Nexus device.

Agreed... Or maybe every other one...

Nope, sticking with Nexus line. The only thing I'd want from the spec sheet is a better camera. Although I am hoping on Google to bring some optimized software to help with the N4's camera. Not that it's bad it's just not that great.

For most people, the main reason for having a Nexus device is stock UI and/or low price for a high end device. The S4 offers none of this two advantages, so I don't think to many people will switch from the N4 to the S4.

Nope. The S4 is another cheap plastic samoled crap screen....Seriously just about every Chinese 1080p phone I've seen for around $200 bucks lately has a better looking screen. And most posses better build quality.

With recent offerings from Sony, HTC, and LG, Samsung will lose at least half of their market share by years end. Not to mention the X phone, Key Lime Pie....
