So by pre-order does Verizon mean I get to order it and have it shipped and receive it before the Apr 29 store release date or I order it and I get to pick it up in the store on the 29th or I order it and on the 29th they ship it?

I'm just glad this whole debacle over release dates is over and Verizon finally gave us a date and we'll all be getting our Incredibles before the month is over, guaranteed.
 
Which is the best purchase option:

1) Verizon $199.99 + $35 activation fee with in store training etc.
2) BB $199.99 + $35 activation fee, potential early release date
3) Costco $199.99, includes no activation fee and cheap A$$ accessory bundle

As far as I know, when you pre-order it, they WILL have it Fed-ex'd to the address you provide ON the 29th!

Not that I'm disagreeing with you per se however I believe that is slightly better 4G coverage than anyone else is offering. And it makes sense they don't yet offer it in the 3 larges areas, with the newer technology they don't want to overload network and have the service perform less than ideal (see AT&T).

i think some one cleared that up earlier...by pre order they mean u order it and on the 29 it should be at your house..but im not a 100% sure

Costco has a 90 day unconditional return policy - even on phones, FWIW.

vzw- tho the "training" really does no good. we probably know more than they do.

i doubt bb is going to sell early, but different places have different meanings for "pre-sale." i guess we'll find out in the next day or so...

Verizon is planning to cover 1/3 of the nation by the end of the year... but no 4G phone until mid next year at best.

My Best Buy phone contracts usually say no activation fee.
 
i hope they (vzw) dont limit the shipping to only the billing address.

if they'll ship to a different address, its coming to my office!!! and zero work will be done the remainder of the day.

haha i did that for my stupid OMNIA 2:(:mad:...and i tell u this nothing got done at work that day and eventualy i ended up fakeing sick so i could go home and play with it more
 
im thinking I want the standard 2.1 gallery instead of the Sense gallery. I like the 3D look with the tilt view. I dont like the film strip look on sense. What do u guys think? This phone is gonna be sooo sick.

Have KNOW it comes with 8gig internal...has anyone confirmed if it comes with the 8 gig sdhc card? Or was that just a rumor?
 
Can I do the 'switch my upgrade eligibility date with that of another line on the same family share plan' thing at a Best Buy store and get the Incredible for $199 (without mail in rebates)? :)
