Went back to recovery, tried to install a ROM, it blew up during install and tried to reboot into Android but the OS didn't install. When I went back into recovery, it couldn't mount anything. Tried flashing 2 older versions via fastboot and 1 PJ75IMG.zip. I also tried manually mounting the partitions. Nothing will allow recovery to mount anything, so I'm going to have to RUU back to stock, get recovery back on and reflash. I also will loose all my internal storage when I RUU.
Let this be a lesson, kids. Latest isn't always better.

i noticed the problem is it only fails and reboots if you wipe twice
