Well shnap, shows what I know! Thanks for the heads up. Any solid way to fix the echo? My girl said she heard crazy echo on the 28 build. I'm currently on the 22 build with all the fixens applied. Haven't found out if the echo is still persistent on this build, but I'll find out later today. Now that I know it actually is 4g, I'll try it for a bit, and see how it fits.

metro's 4g has always been slower than the competition. some carriers 3g is faster than metro's 4g was when it first started.

well i tried doing this and still no luck with the 4-28 build
 
Seems like almost all that is left is the call volume ;)
And I'm gonna try to put the 4g symbol instead of 1x as well . I just frustrates me to see it as 1x knowing its 4g ;)
This is great. I'm extremely pleased with this. I'm beyond happy :)

and we have to surpress the echo :) but if you use hroarks beta 4 the call has good volume and no echo but you can't send mms with this beta.. maybe a way to fix it?

Well I don't know about you, buy I honestly haven't got echo... I don't know how or why. But I don't get echo or at least much of it if any.

i have good call volume. theres a volume control that you can only access while in a call. long press volume rocker then there is a settings button on the volume panel then there is an extra volume control thats not there when your not in a call. just dial *228 and look for it

What about the backlight issue? Its wasting lots if battery for me

oh yea i changed my buildprop. theres some volume entries in there. mine is steps=20 default=20 i don't know if that changes anything or not though.
 
Hey is there anyway to get different shut down and boot animations to work on this rom and maybe picture messages?
