Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

Nephews Tae Kwon Do tournament today in Pittsburgh at Fitzgerald Field House Pitt Campus. He placed 3rd in board breaking and sparring. He did not place in forms.

Got my daughter switched to a new-for-her phone tonight. She has now become a Nexian. I'm going to unlock it tonight so that it's done and I can take off the bloat.

I forgot how long it takes to get through all the steps for unlock and root. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this time I get through it all without needing help.
 
I think I meant Nexican (I was celebrating Cindo de Mayo and shouldn't have tried typing yet! :D)

Only an expert at following someone else's instructions.....and even that can be questionable depending on my mood. Lol.

It was Blue Moon with a shot of Chambord. Quite tasty too. :beer:
 
Morning kids! In my quest to find out what I'd like to do when I grow up I signed up for a 40 hour certification course to learn the art of bartending. The thought of sitting in an office again makes me twitchy. I just have to find the best time for me to actually take the classes now. I have 90 days to take the class at the price I got it for....I love that it was 65% off thanks to Groupon !!

Well, today started off just wonderful. Got soap in my eyes in the shower and it still burns. That was 2 hours ago! :( Couldn't wear my contacts because of it so I'm in glasses today. I hate wearing glasses.
 
I went to the eye doctor last Monday and got a fitment for contacts. I have an astigmatism in my right eye, but they wanted me to try regular contacts. Same thing happened last time I tried contacts (3 years ago) and it turned me off to them entirely. I'm going back in this morning though to get fitted for a toric lens instead of just giving up, because I would love to be able to wear cheap sunglasses this summer!
 
Got my wheels finally on this weekend except got home last night and one lost the bead so now I have a flat rear tire - need to get a spare on and have it checked out by a friend. Just a little hiccup, but just gotta move on. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Well the toric lens fixed my astigmatism, but they gave me a different brand of contact, and this time my eyes were bloodshot and felt like sandpaper like 4 hours later. Will let my eyes heal and try again in a couple days, but not really optimistic, might be sticking with glasses. :p
