That said, the company's thrown a handful of surprises that may change one's mind. For one, to solve the ergonomic issue, the Xplay comes with a single-hand mode dubbed "Free Touch": shake the phone sideways twice and you'll get a small window mirroring the current screen in your preferred lower corner (as pictured above) in real time, thus letting you tap your desired spot or scroll the web page with your holding thumb. What's more, you can also set your preferred window size to suit your thumb.

As much as I don't like BGR, I sorta agree. The iPad, when released, really was pushing the bar in terms of what tablets could do. Sure, Windows tabs had been around, but awful outside of business uses.
Google Glass really is something revolutionary and has no other corollary to compare it to. It's something that will need development and future iterations to be as common as a smart phone or tablet.
I'm excited for the future of tech, but Glass isn't something I'm ready to jump on anytime soon. :)
 
The thing is, Glass wasn't meant to be an iPad or anything similar. It was meant to introduce a whole new category of device. That's much bigger than the iPad. The iPad was honestly just a bigger iPhone and still is :p
 
Sooo Discount Tire has amazing customer service.

Because I bought the "replacement certificates" last time ... no questions asked, I have two brand new tires on their way to me middle of next week to replace the tires that won't hold a bead on the wheel.

Hi folks, been absent for a week or so, I "think" I read everything back, but if I missed it, then get well, congratulations, wipe first, backup, good job, and I can't wait. I hope that covers everything.;):p

Life has a way of testing your merits by taxing you in every way it can at once. I'm good. Most of my distractions are positive, thought work will probably wind up being a net negative.:rolleyes:

Not great, and yes, I touched it up for contrast and size, but, I pulled in to a convenience store as this storm was rolling over the mesa towards the mountains. This is pretty gray, sometimes the clouds take on thermonuclear colors.

Just had my phone, but the best camera is the one you have when you need it.

New Mexico, facing east to the Sandia Mountains.

PS - Nevermind, the upload really smacked the size and details. :p Fwiw, those mountains are just under 5,000 feet higher at their peak than my vantage point there.

I put that here because that's the view Han may be seeing if he's out here.
