Own custom rom

I want to make htc themed ROM..for i9100
How do I do it?.


Download HTC ROM..and copy all system/app to my base ROM ..is this the way?

The tips offered there on where to start looking and what to start with should serve you well Mohanmohan. I couldn't find an outright guide on our site though so you'll have to do some web research on your own. Good luck in your endeavors.

I have guides and I know how to build it using kitchen..

Just one doubt whether I can relplace cm system/app with HTC system/app.?

A themed i9100 ROM would be relatively easy with the help of third-party launchers, widgets and a few framework mods.

suggests that you want to port an HTC ROM to the GS2. That isn't going to work without a lot of reverse engineering of HTC's proprietary code to work with Samsung's Exynos SoC, AmoLED display, modifying and recompiling SenseUI, the associated apps etc. In any case it would infringe on HTC's IP copyright and likely have their legal dept banging on your door.
