30 minutes on the elliptical at start. 45 minutes on arms and chest. 2 hours of basketball. Remember, I have weight to lose. I can't be happy until I've sweat out enough fat to feel nauseous.

Ahhhhh...ok, basketball adds all that time.

I wish my gym had a real gym.

Its my day off, storms starting to fire around here, wanna take a guess what I am doing? :D

That's right, going to work because I got called in because of a sick call.

What does one do for 3 hours. I'm in & out in 1 hour. Just curious ?

Nothing... anything over 1 hour is a waste

Ewe! Now you've ruined it for me. Cupcake filling wasted!

What's everyone doing on this fine Friday afternoon?

About to hit the gym myself... then the bottle, then the bed.

Not when you've never had a weight problem ever! Read: former hockey and rugby and baseball player.

I gained 30lbs in a span of three months Mama! I gotta go for more than an hour or it will take forever to get back in shape. Plus the basketball makes it fun to lose weight! :D

Have fun at the gym! Don't stay too long...;):D:vodka:

Oh. But honey, I have in the past had a weight problem. After 4 babies I topped 200lbs. I work my bleep off to stay this size. But I think in my years of weight lifting etc.... doing 2 a days is much more beneficial than doing it all at once. I'm not knocking your determination. I'm just saying, it would be better to say, lift in the morning and play bb in the evening.

I hear that. Maybe I'll try some 2 a days soon. Sounds like a good way to spread the load out.

It is crazy to me how I gained so much weight so quickly. Even the Wife noticed it but didn't get on me right away. Then came the jokes. Once I couldn't taken the jokes I was sold on getting back to my active days as a teen and young adult.

My Wife, for the record, is now below her pre-pregnancy weight.

Pretty basic loaf for today. 100% Whole Wheat sourdough with a little maple syrup. Going to be great for toast. :)

Ever since you changed jobs you have been in such a good mood. Not saying you were some kind of grump before, but you definitely weren't so giddy everyday about work. Glad to have given you encouragement back then. It has paid off and you have a cool new handle on AF to match.

Haven't figured out what I want to do next for work but I, too, am glad I left when I did. It has brought a lot of good into my life, most notably, being a dad all day with my little boy.

Speaking of my boy:

Wish me luck y'all, the potty training has begun in earnest. Cooper is wanting to wear undies and is struggling to not pee in 'em. Peed through two pairs already today but at least he is running to the potty while doing so. My little boy is growing up. In a weird way, I'm not sure he would have been so interested in this had I not been trying with him everyday to peak his interest. :blessed:

Thanks, Jmar! Definitely more happy, just a little wary about the less hours. :o (Should pick up soon, though!)

Can't imagine what potty training is like!
Best of luck. :)

My son just peed on me. You do the math. I'd never let him know that I didn't like that, just where to do it next time.:banghead::D

Just seems like something you can put on him in the future.
"Dad, can I go out with Jessica this Friday night?"
"Let me think about it.... how many times did you pee on me? NO!"
:p:)
