I just want an anti-glare protector so i can see the screen!:rolleyes::p

Invisishield IMO are the worst screen protectors, unless you like that horrid orange peel look. I have tried ghost armour and they are ok, they at least dont have the orange peel look. Personally I dont like anyone spraying their so called solution (soapy water) all over my phone. Your almost better off with a plain old static screen protector. Also NO screens are scratch proof, so by putting nothing at all on your taking a big risk... Just my $.02

if ur spraying it on your phone, ur doing it wrong.

Is anyone using the Steinheil Crystal protectors? I've heard really good things and was wondering if anyone had any feedback.

All the invisishield owned kiosks here in Chicago area spray that solution all over screen and on the screen protector. Then when they apply the protector there is such an overload of that solution that they squeegee into the rest of the openings of the phone its ridiculous. I personally do not want any of that liquid getting into the ear piece or anywhere else there is an opening. I know 2 people personally whose ear piece became muffled and distorted from that solution.

Montana Man said he did a TON of researching on skins and those were the best in his opinion. I've heard good things about them too. They were among the companies I wrote today requesting that they make skins/screen shields for the Inc.

Forgot those screen protectors and extended batteries being in stock...what we really want is the Incredible in stock and it seems all kinds of zip codes are starting to see stock in warehouses...enjoy while closing your eyes and pretending that blurred out zip code is really your zip code!

(also, realize it wasn't "5 minutes"...something came up, sorry)

not sure what this really means... like i've said, even if they are in stock, they are STREET DATED and will not be sold until the 29th.

The only news that we have left to hear is if some stores are breaking that street date and selling the INC early.

cool so they're IN stores / out now.. this means we will def. be getting those reviews tomorrow. I'm waiting until tomorrow to pre order :P wanna see what the reviewers thinkq

From what I understand, you won't lose any functionality. The Sense UI has Exchange capability built in and that should offer what the extra $15 gave you before. There was a lot of hoopla about the $30 vs $45 when the original Droid came out and the consensus was that you really didn't need the $45 plan. $30 gave you everything you need and even more so with Sense.

Good to hear:D Hope it is true.

For What Its Worth.....

I was just in a store which was adjacent to a Verizon store. The VZW rep said that there was no reason to pre-order in general, and that he was going to BB to purchase his since it was going to be avaialble on 4-25.

He seemed pretty sure of availability at BB.

I don't know why ANYONE would buy a screen protector, it's all a gimmick now that screens are scratch-proof glass. Complete waste IMO and it makes the phone look like poo.

I didn't know screens were scratch proof...since when? And can i trust not using "protection?"

I more interested if any of the post launch accessories might be available for preorder. It would be great if some were released early. especially the docks.

Alright, been following this thread for a week or so as I am waiting patiently to purchase my Incredible.

I last upgraded my equipment July 2008 and somehow my NE2 was listing at $50 instead of $100 like it should. A nice young lady at Verizon *611 and her supervisor took some time to look into the issue and could find no reason why it had been lowered.

Since it should have been $100 and they are unable to alter the NE2 discount she told me she could go ahead and put in an equipment order for me and discount it a further $50. I asked if she could go ahead and put an order for the Incredible in and she could not.

In that case she offered to place a $50 credit on my monthly bill instead.

Either way I got my additional $50 and my Incredible will be $149 online when I order it as soon as they open the page on VZW.com

Sweetness.

And much thanks to this forum for such fantastic information. I will now begin venturing elsewhere so that I can fully enjoy my phone when it arrives.

so after i buy the phone for the line with the upgrade discount, do i have to go to the store to have the numbers swapped, or can i call or go online?
