Just installed the rom for first time. Poweramp works fine, but the option for beats/srs that was in kernel v5 has disappeared from winmap. What can i do to enable it? I found the dsp manager app, but not sure what to do with it.

I messed up one of the files, the old stuff should have never disappeared, will be fixing it later today
 
Uploaded 1.2a, all sound issues should be fixed now and the same as 1.1. I don't believe you will need clean install this if you are coming from 1.2, just wipe cache and dalvik cache and it should work.

I don't know, the first version of this rom i tried was 1.2.
I saw you mentioned earlier than beats is included, but i cant seem to find it.
When i used fusionxx with fastkernel v5, there were 2 buttons in poweramp that i could enable. One for "Beats" and one for "srs". In 1.2 i didn't have either one, in 1.2a "srs" showed up, but "beats" is still missing.

if you have a download link to 1.1 i can flash that and let you know.

Its not there in 1.1 just tested it, but I will look into adding that to music players

I thought if a rom had beats it would be usable automatically, that's what threw me off because i can't find a way to enable it.

Great rom btw, very smooth and stylish.

Did you ever get a chance to fix the preview function for SMS and or Phone Calls on the lockscreen ?

Is it possible?


Also have to ask, is it normal to have to " swipe to unlock" even when you are using a pattern or PIN as a chosen lock screen ? I can't seem to be able to find a way to have only one lockscreen

From what I can tell this seems to be a normal problem when you remove the sense lock screen and I can't really find anything on how to fix it because I believe its something built into the HTC rom. What I can do is try to make an optional zip to flash the HTC lock screen back for people who want it.

I just thought that it was an error on my part by having the wrong set of options configured on my phone.

This is a great rom - with a little polish it will be the best!

I have a few bugs to point out and polish this rom:

-The torch turning off with screen timeout
(as noted above by jonathanalex - http://androidforums.com/evo-design-all-things-root/703785-rom-bluekingdom-updated-6-7-a-5.html#post5822896

-The camera logo when opening the camera appears distorted/stretched out of proportion.

-No integrated 4G Toggle (is it possible to add this toggle in the drop down with the others?)

-Photo Gallery selection borders still green (should be themed blue with the rest of the theme).

Great job!

EDIT:

I forgot to mention, another visual bug occurs when you hold down the power button (the power options). The three buttons on the bottom to put the phone one silent or vibrate etc are hard to see because the icons are white on a light grey background.
 
I think that the power toggles app is missing,

I may be mistaken.... But I think only the toggles included inside the system settings menu are present in this update, because I can't find the toggles that allowed me to activate 4G like in the previous updates.

Anyone else notice this ?

Just download power toggles in the store I will readd it later
 
Found a small bug.

Using volume buttons to increase/decrease music volume wakes up the screen.

This is the fastest ROM i ever had for this phone, awesome. Once all the quirks are ironed out, plan on switching to it full-time.
 
The navigation bar on the bottom still doesn't light up unless you cover the sense bar or it's pitch black! Will there be a fix for this?
 
I now have a In call microphone problem. People say I sound far away or in a box. Anyone else having the same problem?

No I don't and never heard of anyone having that problem with my rom before, also the lights problems has to do with HTC 1.14 OTA not my rom so I can't fix it.
