Root [ROM] BlueKingdom 1.4 - Updated 9/29

What are the main differences between this and the ForgottenKingdom ROM? I have Blue installed at the moment and have a few issues with it.
-As someone else mentioned, not having a pic notification when locked of a text or call.
-Can't correct wallpaper. Won't actually set right and therefore can't correct when using my own image.
-Prefer to have a traffic up/down bar in notification area so I can tell if I am actually moving any data, as I have a shit signal at times.
-Name and phone number of person I am calling is not centered but aligned right below their pic.
-When I am looking at various menus at times (not every time) the title of the function will be perfectly legible but small print details or description of that feature is scrambled and almost looks like Chinese (it's not but looks almost like it). I can't make certain changes myself if I can't read what the feature actually changes.
-There appears to be no dictionary associated to messaging. Therefore there are no shortcuts to finish word for me or to correct me.
Yes, I know I am sorta being nit-picky but there are things I have come across in the first day of use. Unfortunately, I am kinda obsessive/compulsive about certain things. Otherwise phone is very responsive and running very efficiently. <- What attracted me to ROM.

Forgotten kingdom has the stock look, blue is themed and looks more like a aosp rom. Forgotten has more stock functions.
Not sure about this wallpaper issues, I have no problem setting any wallpaper right now, only on first boot is the stock wallpaper messed up but fixed when you long press home wallpapers - wallpapers - set wallpaper
Traffic notification is hard to fix right now as its not programmed in the system ui yet.
Non centered names - Just noticed this as well I will look into it
Wierd text menus - Again never saw this, sounds really strange. And I have been running my rom since I started working on it
No messaging dictionary - Thanks this is actually a problem with the coloring of the keyboard, the dictionary is working fine except 2 of the 3 words have black text. I will fix this as well
Feel free to report anything, I don't have service on this phone so its easy for me to miss certain things.
For the strange issues you have going on, did you do all 3 of these before installing the rom?
Data / Factory reset
Format /System in mounts and storage menu
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Fixed, will be in next patch

And thanks for the response! Will keep up with thread for patches/fixes. The next time I get the jibberish, I will take a screenshot as well.

Hello,
I want to take this opportunity to mention my experience w/ keyword included in this [[ BlueKingdom ]] ROM.
It does work perfect, but like JSSA28 said; the colors keep you from noticing keyboard suggestions, but you can see them if you hover over them ( I personally use a Jot-mini stylus pen ) so it's easier than just your finger.
On the other hand. JSSA28 said that we can use any keyboard from the Market. So I have installed GO-keyboard free edition and then applied a theme from same company.
It's called GO-keyboard Future Blue theme, and it works just great with the whole blue theme of this ROM
I have included a screenshot for you guys to consider this option.

Yea that is nice, I use the swiftkeyboard with the neon theme. The problem right now with the stock keyboard after looking at all the files is the word suggestion background shares the same color as the keyboards background. So if the keyboard is black, so is the suggestion area.
The code for the actual color of the suggestions is hidden somewhere in the smali files and is extremely hard to find, and I can't find any documentation on google to help fix this either.
The only real solution would be to change the keyboards background to white, Or at least a light grey (or to use another stock jellybean keyboard with a better layout)

I am now using GO Keyboard with GO Keyboard Blue Future theme as well...Works nicely! Much appreciated!

Do you have the newer stock recovery by chance? I'd like to have it, the one I have is old.
I don't know how to get it without doing HTC system updates on stock rom
I have the Boost version of the phone... been at stock since it came out a year (+?) ago... and I came from a blackberry. When it comes to upgrading roms and stuff, I'm a total noob.
Welp, I was off today, so I figured I would see what I could learn. Took a long time, but I unlocked and rooted the phone... then started installing various roms. I found this one a short time ago and installed it (along with the 1.1a patch) and the voicemail apk.
So far it's working really well. The one thing I did notice is missing, which was in the stock rom but not in another rom I tried this afternoon, is the TeleNav app. I use my phone as a GPS many times for work, (I'm in sales so I'm on the road often) so hopefully this won't be a huge deal. (I also have a Xoom which I'll use as a GPS)

just a minor bug i noticed and not sure if you already have addressed it, if you try to select a contact while composing a text in landscape mode the contacts name is blacked out and you cannot see them. Portrait works like a champ, its only in landscape mode when this occurs.

I installed 4G toggle and its showing enabled.
In the network type details its always showing "EVDO-rev A" and that means its on 3G. Can anyone confirm if this ROM is working and able to access 4G. Is there any way to switch to 4G using this ROM? Thanks.

Everyone I asked told me its working, can't try myself because I have no service on the design.
I know this toggle works (regardless of the evo only thing)

I haven't ran into any problems with this rom yet, like you OP I don't have service on my design so I mostly use it for listening to music and just having fun with apps here and there. Will there be anymore updates for it? Cause I don't want to switch to any other roms, and I just like updates lol. I'm not really sure what else there is to do with the rom is why I ask, it seems pretty polished to me. Seriously though, awesome man.
