The issue w/ volume is back. :confused:

I have noticed that unless you change the notification sound in that special menu that allows to choose a specific sound for specific notifications (like txt, mms, and such.)

The sound will not change if you go through the volumes system menu.

And of course the the volume setting does whatever it wants, i have tried to reboot my phone to replicate my last result... But no luck.

Not sure what you mean by zoom downloader, I am guessing you might be clicking on the wrong "download" button, you can direct download with the white/grey download button. Also no need to wait a couple of hours give it about 20 mins :D


also I have not seen this issue with the volume happen to me yet, after the new update let me know if it comes back. Make sure to complete wipe with the new file also, that includes format /system, data factory reset and wipe dalvik

Also i have a question:


How can I get the screenlock to show preview of incoming caller / text / sms messages ?

Note:

I am using the pattern lock option, so i'm not sure if this may prevent the preview on screenlock feature from working.


I know there is an option to enable this feature on APEX, but I cant get it to work.....

......what am I missing?

Hey guys! I just wanted to say thanks for the ever increasing stability in this already great rom. I do have one question, though, if you don't mind. Can someone here test bluetooth pairing? I only have one bluetooth earpiece and it's failing to locate it so I'm not certain if it's the earpiece or the phone rom.

I don't know if it's just my phone but I always have a signal strength of 3 bars, even in places that I know for a fact I can't get 3 bars. It only changes when I get full bars at work.

next time you see this happen, go to settings

scroll to the very last option called about phone

press status

remember the 2 digits negative number under signal strength and let me know, then i can know if its a display error or not

Both my designs are pairing perfectly, maybe someone else can try as well
 
Problem with change ringtone...
In play music can't change ringtone, in settings can't add my music to ringtone...
and in only es explorer in es mediaplayer i can change ringtone to my personal sound )

I can't believe how I never bothered to try APEX launcher.... It has a lot of features, so it was a bit intimidating for a newbie like me....
...but you called it! I like it much better.

Hello,


I have a Motorola T505 hands-free / FM transmitter / Speakerphone

All of its functions work perfect, including phone responding to controls for music from B.T. device.

Thanks to those of you who verified bluetooth to work! Using your details I was able to exchange my bluetooth earpiece for another and it worked right away =]
