Open voice dialer, say open apns, make sure the sprint APN is selected, and make sure the mmsc field says http://mmsc.vmobl.com:8088/mms?

Everything matches up. MMS Proxy and Port aren't set to anything though, does that matter?
Bah, I'm using AngryBean. I hope its not that, because I'm loving the rom so far. I really don't want to have to change it.

Cool, I see what it is.
ro.cdma.home.operator.alpha=Virgin Mobile
When you flash the MMS fix, it names the APN Sprint. SO. If you delete Virgin Mobile...and make it say Sprint...save and reboot.
So in the end it'll say
ro.cdma.home.operator.alpha=Sprint
Try that, and let me know if it works.

So bad news. I changed my build.prop, copied it over to system and replaced the existing one, and rebooted...into a black screen. The white HTC logo comes up, but after that, the screen stays black with my capacitance buttons lit up. I'm starting to think this mod just isn't for me.
And the MMS wasn't working before I flashed the fix. If the fix is what changes the prop to Virgin to Sprint, wouldn't it have read Sprint originally? So that can't be the problem, right?
I'll reflash and give it another go. I didn't think I touched anything when I was changing it, but it might have happened.

It just happened again. I edited the build to substitute the changed line, overwrote the original build, and rebooted into a black, non responsive screen. The only solution was to pull the battery. At this point I'm pretty much fed up with it, and I think I'll try something else, probably unSENSEable. I hate to do it, because I really like AngryBean, but I need working MMS, and having to jump through this many hoops isn't something I'm willing to do. Thanks anyways for the help.

I think the problem may involve the wimax log cleaner. This is how I fixed it. Flashed harmonia, updated prl/profile, full wipe, install cm10.1 wild for night(MMS fixed included so don't flash any MMS zips) flash vvmfix for cm10.1 by g60, install gapps reboot. After opening vvm on 3g, reboot recovery and reflash vvm fix, reboot. At this point for me MMS and vvm fully worked, however the next day MMS was hanging on "sending" so I wiped cache/data for MMS in settings-->apps and it hasn't failed since.
Note: I never installed the wimax log cleaner, everytime I installed that I had MMS/SMS/vvm problems..you can clear the log manually via root explorer

Yeah I know what you mean. I had mms/vvm working and I thought I'd be sticking to "wild for the night" for a long time; that is until a couple calls didn't come through at all (would get a voicemail out of no where with my phone sitting in front of me(no it wasn't service related)). Discovered this problem at first when I was calling my 3d from a landline to test if vvm was working. To my amazement it was ringing on the landline end but the 3d didn't flinch

FYI, for the last 4.2 evervolv nightly (8/5 i think), the CM10.1 fix worked for me, just delete MMS apk from before flashing.
I flashed it on the latest 4.3 as well, but cant test MMS at the moment, no external storage so no pics
Weird. It's not working for me. I've tried pretty much everything. Can't get mms to send or receive. I'm also on the 8/5 nightly.

Did you open apns through voice dialer and select sprint?

If so try a fresh install, then immediately after boot, delete MMS.apk, then wipe cache and dalvik. And flash fix.
Then open apns and select sprint.

Yeah, I had tried that, too. I found the error in my ways, though. I was using the wrong code in my build.prop. Changed it to 310120 and everything works now.
Thanks for your help! I was getting super frustrated.
