Attempting some beer can chicken tonight. Never made it before (nor roasted a chicken for that matter). Doing it in the oven since we don't have a grill. Looking to pull it and toss with some rice. Wish me luck!

Only use 1/2 - 2/3 of a can. If you can, check a local walmart for a stand. It's only $3-5 and makes it much less messy. 350 and best you can indirect heat.
Beer can chicken?
For lack of a lengthy description, you cook a whole chicken standing on end with a can of beer shoved up it's, um, the whole where the neck wasn't.

Open can of beer, impale chicken over it, stand on grill (or in oven in this case).
